ShowingTime is a showing management and market reports provider to the residential real estate industry. Similar to CSS, ShowingTime provides showing services that simplify the appointment scheduling process for real estate professionals, buyers and sellers. In the coming weeks, CSS clients will migrate to the ShowingTime platform and ShowingTime will be providing the necessary training and support needed to make sure you are successful, so please be on the lookout for information regarding future training opportunities.

Now that ShowingTime for the MLS is live, you have access to ShowingTime's Help and Support site whenever you need assistance! There, you'll have access to ShowingTime's library of training articles with step-by-step tutorials and videos. Need help troubleshooting? ShowingTime's member support team is available by email, phone and live chat, 7 days a week.

Your ShowingTime profile has been pre-configured with your contact information from your member profile with the Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, making it ready to use without any set up necessary. However, to ensure you don’t miss out on any showing requests, we recommend a one-time review of your profile to confirm your contact information. Need help managing your listing?
Going on vacation or otherwise need help confirming appointments due to a busy schedule? With ShowingTime for the MLS, you can add an assistant or another agent to handle your showing requests and still stay in the loop and never miss an appointment. This can be done by clicking on “Add New Co-Listing Agent” under Contacts in the Listing Worksheet. This option is a great way to free up your time without missing any showing requests. Keep property access information secure with ShowingTime for the MLS!
The Space Coast Association of REALTORS® provides ShowingTime for the MLS as a secure showing system for this very reason – to make sure the listing agent and seller have a clear picture of who has accessed this information for any home, to make sure nobody gets access information without a confirmed appointment, and to make sure there is an audit trail of anyone who has had this secure information in their possession.

As a member of Space Coast Association of REALTORS®, agents can use ShowingTime for the MLS to easily schedule showings on you listings, 24/7. While these requests can easily be confirmed with a click or tap of a button, showing agents still need instructions on how they will be given access so they can actually show the property. Adding showing instructions in ShowingTime ensures showing agents receive confirmation emails with access instructions—rather than a blank confirmation with no instructions—so they don’t have any problems getting access to show the home.
